She is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with over 20 years of experience supporting complex, high-risk capital projects across federal, infrastructure, and highly regulated environments. Her background includes working in settings where precision, compliance, and disciplined execution are critical to project success.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing both technical depth and structured project leadership to every engagement.

Throughout her career, she has operated in roles requiring strong technical judgment, coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to navigate challenging project conditions while maintaining alignment across scope, schedule, and budget.
